Our Pastor is William Joseph Moran Jr.

It is our mission to develop the Church through the teaching of God’s Holy Word (The Holy Bible) in its entirety. Which prepares us to receive the embrace of Jesus Christ, who empowers us to fulfill the First commandment (Matthew 22:37-40) as wholehearted lovers of God, and thereby fulfill the second commandment by reaching out to our neighbors, in the community around us. To bring light into the dark areas of our community, through the “tearing down of enemy strongholds” by targeted prayer and intercessment. Through the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit we will worship our Lord, Jesus Christ.  We will present Christ as a passionate Bridegroom, and Glorious King by reaching out with a loving hand and touching the lives of those in our community through our various outreach ministries. In the spirit of (Matthew 28:19-20) “Go ye therefore, and teach All nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
The church at worship is the church at work.

Worship is central to the life of this church. Our services at IRBC tend to be traditional without being overly formal. Without forgetting the rich and instructive language of the past, we try to couch our worship in the language of today. Music, including our choir, and instrumental pieces, is a large part of our worship. Our mission statement, greetings, prayer and share time and our Pastor's message round out our worship. The Sacrament of Holy Communion, is offered on the first Sunday of each month.

It is the place that we come to be challenged and inspired to go out to do the work of our Lord. It is the place that our lives are transformed as we encounter and experience the presence of our God.  At IRBC, worship is our core value – regardless of style. In fact, it is in worship that we live out our passion, that our spirit springs to life, that tradition meets today.  We provide every opportunity to authentically KNOW and comfortably encounter GOD in your life.  All our worship services present Biblical truths in engaging, powerful, and applicable ways.

An important part of our journey is to better learn to LOVE GOD through our spiritual education and the way we build relationships with each other. Our church believes that we worship, learn, and serve best together, as a community, as a family.

When we serve and care for other people, our lives begin to change. As we SERVE GOD through others, our lives are molded in the image of Christ. When we serve people as Christ served them, we see people as Christ saw them. As Holy. As special. As worthy of love, care, and devotion.  Our service to others enriches our lives and strengthens our personal relationship with God. Join us for our next day of service to see what it's like to share God's love with the world!

Today, we stand firm to KNOW, LOVE and SERVE GOD, and change lives, in our community because of the focus and determination of the people of our church. Our values of accepting change, following the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and stepping out in faith will remain our guiding principles now and forever.
